April is all about getting away from it all and getting things moving! This month, we're heading for the lakes of Italy, with promising tests on Android Auto, and above all a whole host of new features. More than 10,000 homestay campsites are joining the adventure, a new Facebook group awaits you to share your finest Roadtrips, and an exciting partnership is born with the Fédération des Guides Motocyclistes. And then there's the Sou'papes Festival, an event we're following closely and which is particularly close to our hearts... even if we won't be there this year!
🚦 It's looking good for Android Auto!
The 68° team has been racking up the miles 🛣️, in all weathers 🌧️☀️, to test and debug the Android Auto version. And the good news is: we've hit the nail on the head! ✅
There's still some fine-tuning to be done, but a consumer beta should be released soon. As always with us, "beta" means that it has already been extensively tested internally 🧪 and is stable overall. That said, your feedback will be invaluable 🗣️ in fine-tuning the final details. So, as soon as it's released, don't hesitate to put it through its paces 🏍️ and let us know what you think! ✉️

Message of the month: A motorcycle tourism application
Many of you have asked us for very GPS-oriented features, such as speed limit display 🚗💨, danger alerts ⚠️, or the ability to ride without a route 🛣️. We fully understand this expectation, but it's important to bear in mind that 68° is not just a motorcycle GPS. Our vision goes far beyond that 🌍.
What we want is to make you travel and dream 🌟, whether for a few hours or several weeks. That's where we're focusing our efforts. What's more, these features already exist in other applications that work perfectly with 68°, so they're naturally not a priority for us 😉
